Red Seal Trades · Independent preparation
Privacy notice
Practice activity
We store your selected trade, practice mode, question identifiers, answers, flags, checked questions, start time, deadline and results to run assessments and let you resume them. Anonymous sample access uses a random token stored in your browser; the server stores a hash of that token.
Signed-in records
For signed-in users, the hosting platform supplies a site-specific user identifier and email address. Practice records are associated with the identifier. Purchased access is associated with the same account.
Learning records and exports
We store lesson-completion choices, bookmarks, personal notes, study-plan date and minutes, and graded review events with your account and trade. These support the learning workspace and scheduled review. Your exports contain the records you select; downloaded copies remain on your device and are not updated automatically.
Payments
When checkout is available, payments are processed on Stripe's hosted payment page. We store purchase references and access status rather than card details. Stripe processes payment information under its own terms and privacy notice.
Browser storage
This site uses local storage to remember attempt identifiers and anonymous access tokens on the current device. Signed-in account records remain on the server if browser storage is cleared. The application does not currently install advertising pixels or behavioural analytics.
Service providers
The site is hosted through ChatGPT Sites using Cloudflare infrastructure for application and database services. Sign-in is handled by the hosting platform. Its infrastructure may process routine request and security information.
Protecting your study records
A saved anonymous attempt link and its browser access token allow you to resume that attempt. Keep access tokens private. Clearing local browser data removes your ability to resume anonymous attempts from that browser; it does not erase records already stored on the server. Avoid putting personal or sensitive information in study notes.
